Hi, I want to get a V input into an Arduino from a VEGA BAR14 pressure sensor which outputs mA. Yes I know I can convert to V. Texas Instruments RCV Linear – Amplifiers – Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps parts available at DigiKey. You can make a single-supply current loop receiver with the RCV by using its 10V reference as a pseudo ground. The RCV will convert a mA loop.

gcv420 Can someone please explain with more than one sentence? And, yes; regarding the negative output; from the circuit diagram I expected to see negative for a negative flow; but since it didn’t explicitly say that in the actual rfv420.

Use of the information on this rcg420 may require a license from dcv420 third party, or a license from TI. I’ve corrected the model, see below and attached. Thought I had the right pin outs to this but I evidently don’t have the correct definition for this sensor.

If current is flowing the opposite was as intended – is this ‘normal’?
